I checked one of my standby databases.
select * from v$logfile;
it shows ONLINE redos.
but they don't actually exist in my OS file system.
what does this mean? Am I suppose to add the physical files there? If I don't add them, what impacts am I seeing?
also, how do I add them.
standby_file_management is currently set to AUTO
