its new connection.
from local desktop we are able to ping the server.port burn also done,no firewall problem...
we have two types of networks to connect the db server from one network is connecting ,not connecting other.
please tell me what are the parameters do i need to check,wether LDAP are configure properly or not?

Make sure ping as well as telnet is also working from both n/w
As it is connecting from one n/w , identify what is the change in second n/w
Get tnsping o/p , check if ldap servers is reachable from db & vice versa
