This is probably the fourth or fifth time this has happened in the 8 years I've been using jDeveloper. I open it up and "Code Snippets" isn't even in the drop down in the Component Palette. And now I can't even add new snippets. I re-added 'CodeSnippets' to the 'pages' in the Component Palette, but when I try to add Component, the 'OK' button just blinks. Please help.
From [Code Snippets|https://blogs.oracle.com/rammenon/entry/reusing_code_snippets_in_jdeve] :
"JDeveloper's component palette has a page named "Code Snippets". You could actually add frequently re-used code snippets and save them into the "code snippets" section."
Interesting. I'm working with all versions of jdev from 9.0.4 up to 188.8.131.52 but I never swa this. Anyway, it's gone in jdev 11 which I spent most of my time now.
Sorry, I can't help here, but I would recommend a some other tool like evernote or google keep or you name it to store such 'Code Snippets'.
