A dmp file is a binary file created and intended for the use of the import utility (imp or impdp, as the case may be). those import utilties are the only programs available to you that know how to read a dmp file, and they do not create csv files.
We are using oracle 10.2.04 version on HP UNIX.
We have a specific requirement to prepare CSV file from oracle dump(DMP File).
Please let me know the process.

Thanks for reply and kindly accept my apologies for delayed in reply.
let me explain little background.
In a telecom domain for every customer there are multiple records exists with respect to calls on any particular day if you consider. On few tables the production dba will take the schema/table backup. But the end users/customer care people's application is designed in such a way that, it can read data from CSV format.
Because of this reason I like to know the process of reading data from dump file and convert it into CSV file.
