          Define a CLOB variable in SQL*Plus
          SQL> var test_clob clob;
          Run your code after making the below changes
            --SELECT DBMS_XMLGEN.getxml (v_large) INTO l_clob FROM DUAL;
            :test_clob := DBMS_XMLGEN.getxml (v_large);
            --DBMS_OUTPUT.put_line (l_clob);
           END LOOP;
          END;
          Print the CLOB
          SQL> print :test_clob;

              Hi

              do you want this?
              select table_name,
                       xmltype(dbms_xmlgen.getxml('select * from '||table_name))
              from all_tables
              where owner = 'MAHIR';
              Regards
