Style of FOI invisible under Microsoft IE 10

After upgrading to Microsoft IE 10 recently, I found the styles of FOIs theme are invisible. Open F12 developer tools, switch back to "Brower Mode: IE9; Document Mode: IE9 standards", the styles of FOI are visible now. Does anyone have suggestions on this?

    Likely a bug.
    Is there an SR filed?

Can you please post the style definition, or a way for us to reproduce it?

    Dear LJ,

You can simply check it by the mapviewer demo.
If you press F12 of IE to activate the develop mode, you can adjust the browser mode and document mode.

    In my environment:
    OS: windows 7 64bit
    Oracle Database: Enterprise 11.2.1.2
    Mapviewer: mv11ps5

    I found:

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
browser mode | document mode | FOI visible
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
IE 10 | standards | NO map, NO FOI
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
IE 10 compact view | standards | NO map, NO FOI
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
IE 10 | quirks | YES map, YES FOI
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
IE 10 compact view | quirks | YES map, NO FOI
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I found if you force the IE falling back to IE9, IE8, ... in the web page, the mapvewer will work fine.

    Thanks,
    Johnson
