See: object browser - number of columns
Courtesy of Doug Gault.
Ok.. This is NOT obvious, so I don't blame you for a HUGE shoulder shrug on this one.In SQL Workshop's Object Browser, when it shows only the first N column, click on the "QUERY" box/button ... . That will bring up a screen where you can select the columns and narrow the data that is returned. If you do nothing more than "Check All" and then click the QUERY button, this will show all of your columns.

When I clicked on "Query" and selected the checkbox for all the columns, I could see all 39 columns of my example.
Is this your problem? Does this help? Or am I on the wrong track?
Hi Howard - thanks!
Yes, this is a workaround. The 'Data' tab doesn't "remember" the selection under Query and reverts to 31 columns - but for a couple of extra clicks I can get what i need.
Thanks for your help
There seems to be a limit of 50 on the number of report columns. And there might be ways to work around that limit if you ever run into that.
