Right now, the latest release of Jena Adapter supports Joseki 3.4.4. We are considering the support of Fuseki in a later release.
What kind of performance issues are your seeing? Maybe we can provide a bit help.
Thank you for your helpful response. We were not sure about the incompatibility with Fuseki.
Our client has a RDF store with over 700 millions of tripes. Unfortunately, they have frequently timeouts during selects. The problem is clearly present with heavy operations like filter or distinct, but also with more common operators. This is very restrictive for tools that are based on the SPARQL endpoint.
We have also the well known issue of the SPARQL endpoint on a Read-only database.
Did your client add timeout explicitly in their queries? This does not sound like something that is related to Joseki's logic.
To get Joseki + Jena Adapter + WLS to work with an Oracle read-only DB, please contact Oracle support. The way
Jena Adapter runs semantic query is indeed compatible with a read-only Oracle DB. (We've also done some internal testing on that.)
So the query did not finish after 30 minutes? Does it make a different if you run those queries in the database directly? Could you please cut & paste here a few of the slow queries? If that is not convenient, you can send them to Oracle support or to me at alan dot wu at oracle dot com.
