You will have to download 11.2.0.3 (not 11.2.0.2 anymore) as a set of patch files and then do an install of 11.2.0.3

See Oracle Support article "Complete checklist for out-of-place manual upgrade from 11.2.0.1 to 11.2.0.2 [ID 1276368.1] "

            Hi,
Please follow metalink note 1276368.1. Its a great note for manual upgrades.

It will be out of place upgrade, meaning that 11.2.0.3 software even if its called patch, it is a standalone complete installation of 11.2.0.3 and it cannot be applied on 11.2.0.1 ORACLE_HOME.

Create new ORACLE_HOME installation for 11.2.0.3 and then perform DB upgrade like a normal way, pointing you database to be upgraded to 11.2.0.3 ORACLE_HOME during upgrade.
