java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError when starting a server under a domain.

I configrued the weblogic domain with below steps:
      1. install java to c:\Java, and configured
      2. install weblogic 10.3.5 with command "java -D64 -jar wls1035_generic.jar –mode=console"
      3. create a domain and create a server and machine, configured the server under the machine.
      4. start domain by command startWebLogic.cmd
      5. login the weblogic domain and try to start the server under Environment -> servers -> Control.
but got below error in log file (C:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\base_domain\servers\new_ManagedServer_1\logs\new_ManagedServer_1.out)
