java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError when starting a server under a domain.

Currently Being Moderated
I configrued the weblogic domain with below steps:
1. install java to c:\Java, and configured
2. install weblogic 10.3.5 with command "java -D64 -jar wls1035_generic.jar –mode=console"
3. create a domain and create a server and machine, configured the server under the machine.
4. start domain by command startWebLogic.cmd
5. login the weblogic domain and try to start the server under Environment -> servers -> Control.
but got below error in log file (C:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\base_domain\servers\new_ManagedServer_1\logs\new_ManagedServer_1.out)
can some one please help me on this?

Could not find the main class: Files. Program will exit.
