Need to launch SQL Developer twice to see my connections

I confirmed that I only have one SQL Developer installed on my PC. When I first launch sqldeveloper.exe on my Windows7 PC I do not see any of my connections. If I close the program and launch it again I will then see all of my connections. This happenes every time I want to launch sqldeveloper.
I tried removing the program and reinstalling, and still get the same results.

Any thoughts on what I should look at?

      Thanks
      Dan

      Version: SQL Developer 3.2.20.09.87
      PC: Windows 7 32-bit

Answered my own question. Even though I reinstalled SQL Developer as well as upgrading over time, seems a folder called C:\Users\<userid>\AppData\Roaming\SQL Developer is created with sub-folders under it for each version. After I deleted C:\Users\<userid>\AppData\Roaming\SQL Developer and everything under it, the next time SQL Developer was launched, this folder was recreated along with the proper subfolders.

          All is well now.
