This forum consists of Oracle customers and users from various time zones across the world. That may take an interest in your problem. Or not.
For urgent, critical and production issues, file a SR with Oracle Support. Do not attempt to abuse this forum to support you when you deal with urgent and critical production issues. And this is also for your own protection - what will you do when trying someone's wrong advice and stuff up your critical/production system even more? You have no recourse. No escalation. No one here that is responsible and accountable for resolving your problem.
Besides, trying to deal with critical support issues via OTN forums, also give the impression that you and your company are using Oracle illegally without the required licensing - as a legal purchase would have included a CSI and access to Oracle Support.
