First, you sure you do this on 'sun4u' machine not 'sun4v'? :-)

I am not sure setting your ldom have same MAC as your VSW is OK or not but I usually let ldm generate one, this usually have 00:14:4F:F8:XX:YY see [Assigning MAC Addresses Automatically or Manually|http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E35434_01/html/E23807/assignmacaddressesautomaticallyormanually.html#scrolltoc] for detail.

Is this a newly set up jumpstart env.? I mean to understand if this first time you do jumpstart so we can decide where the problem is at JS or LDOM.

    The Server is sun4v:
    uname -a
    SunOS vsmgt01 5.10 Generic_147147-26 sun4v sparc sun4v
I installed with this jumpstart Server several other native systems. But now I have a lack of know how with the LDom's. :(

OK, Assume this is LDOM problem.

I have not done any S10 installation on LDOM, so I could be wrong on some of the point.

Did you plumb the vsw0 on the primary?

if you did you should be able to snoop vsw0 to see if your dhcp packet leave you machine or not.

Also at OBP you can try watch-net-all to see if your vnic work or not.

So, I build the LDOM from scratch again. And I read that the primary and quest server MAC's should be different.

Sorry for delay wasy busy on work.

Looks like you have DNS/DHCP problem. assume you use ok> boot net:dhcp -v -- -V install. did you get an IP address for your LDOM? I am not sure what stage you are in for the snoop trace show all the DNS error.
