Meaning of a ora-15086 report in the ttmesg.log

Can someone please provide information on the following event from the ttmesg.log file?
00:10:07.58 Info: ORA: 15086: ora-15086-838548368-eporter00384: object_id 10431, bookmark 8750
00:10:07.58 Info: ORA: 15086: ora-15086-838548368-eporter00384: object_id 10433, bookmark 49
00:10:07.59 Info: ORA: 15086: ora-15086-838548368-eporter00384: object_id 11041, bookmark 1
We see this report 20k-30k per day.

This is related to your READ ONLY cache group indicating the autorefresh bookmark.
The Object ID basically indicates the object ID of the base table in the oracle.
