Recently been having issues with the Firefox web browser on Solaris 11.
If I leave it open for long periods of time my computer shuts down unexplainably. This only occurs when I leave the browser open for long periods of time while I'm away from my desk.
The version is:
Firefox ESR 10.0.6
My extensions are:
Pocket (which I disabled) but it continues
And all the default plugins only:
I guess I should go and report it to Mozilla right?
Just figured it out today. That was a big mistake on my behalf. Its definitely NOT a vulnerability at all! Im very sorry about that.
Just to clarify, the machine was shutting down because I set the nvidia graphics settings on max quality and all the options up to full throttle.
So this causes the machine to overheat and shuts down automatically!
