I can't connect my OEM with any user

Good Morning OEM experts ;

I created database using DBCa at that same time i enabled ENTERPRISE MANAGER also ..

When i trying to connect sys or local user. It never accepted any user
always throwing following error.
The application requires more database privileges than you have currently been granted. Click on Help to get more version specific information.

i tried to connect local user using net servie _name

SQL> conn sona/sona@orcl as sysdba
Connected.
SQL> show user;
USER is "SYS"

SQL> conn sona/sona@orcl
Connected.

SQL> show user;
USER is "SONA"

Here i checked status , It's fine ..
$ emctl status dbconsole
TZ set to Asia/Calcutta
Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Database Control Release 10.2.0.1.0
Copyright (c) 1996, 2005 Oracle Corporation. All rights reserved.
http://linuxserver:1158/em/console/aboutApplication
Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g is running.

Logs are generated in directory /u01/app/oracle/product/10.2.0/db_1/linuxserver_or cltest/sysman/log
