Lunch Web Start application from web server fails

I have created an small JavaFx application in Netbeans 7.2.1.
Running it through Netbeans as Web Stat and everything works fine.

My computer is a Windows 7 and with IE 9 installed.

After downloading my jar and jnlp file to the Web server.
http://10.27.46.44:8080/lunchguide/LunchGuide.jnlp

Web Start is executing.

In the Java Console I can find the following two lines.

temp: returning LaunchDesc from XMLFormat.parse():

<jnlp spec="1.0" codebase="file:/C:/Users/piv/AppData/Local/Microsoft/Windows/Temporary Internet Files/Content.IE5/VO3ND4ZQ/" href="file:/C:/Users/piv/AppData/Local/Microsoft/Windows/Temporary Internet Files/Content.IE5/VO3ND4ZQ/LunchGuide.jnlp">

There are no folders ../Temporary Internet Files/Content.IE5/.. on my computer.

Why do the XML parser create this path?

/ Peter

PS:
Later in log I get:
network: LaunchDownload: concurrent downloads from LD: 4
network: Total size to download: 22761404
network: Cache entry not found [url: file:/C:/Users/piv/AppData/Local/Microsoft/Windows/Temporary Internet Files/Content.IE5/VO3ND4ZQ/LunchGuide.jar, version: null]
network: Cache entry not found [url: file:/C:/Users/piv/AppData/Local/Microsoft/Windows/Temporary Internet Files/Content.IE5/VO3ND4ZQ/LunchGuide.jar, version: null]
java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Users\piv\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\VO3ND4ZQ\LunchGuide.jar (The system cannot find the file specified)

PPS: Solved
When I added the full URL for every resource in the JNLP it start working as it should
