But this article does not really answer my questions.
I would like to understand what the *"Average Time"* in the +"Service Requests"+ table stands for.I expected ALL_SERVICES to be the sum of the others... what is the unit?>
i.e. what I have highlighted in a red box on the screenshot I linked.
The best I have found is this http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E28280_01/doc.1111/e26692/monitoremconsole.htm#BABFJFCH
But this documentation stops at the metric signification, and does not detail other information.
Hi Lucas ,
In the screenshot that you have uploaded the ALL Services is a sum of the list of individual services which are shown below it and the avg time is the avg of all the time taken for individual services together .
This is like the requestaudit section on UCM server logs where for a period of 120 secs all the services are listed and each with their independent time factor .
I would think it is showing in secs .
It's display is using the following principle :
Take for example CHECKIN_UNIVERSAL , the time shown is avg of all the requests which used the service and the time unit is shown in secs .
This can be confirmed by running a test for a specific service with requestaudit turned on from UCM server and comparing the values / data shown here and in server logs.
In server logs we could see the number of requests that used a particular service which is not the case here from EM.
Hope this helps .
