You can use the SQL*Developer migration workbench to move from MySQL to Oracle. It is free to download and use and you can get more information from these sites -
- download, documentation etc.
- detailed migration information and examples for each non-Oracle database.
For a 10gb database it would be better to use an offline migration as this will give you more control over what happens and makes it easier torecover from any errors.
The default migration is 'online' but this is only intended for very small databases.
You can also use SQLines Data for MySQL to Oracle: http://www.sqlines.com/sqldata/mysql-to-oracle
It transfers data in multiple concurrent sessions (MySQL C API and OCI connections) and allows you to validate the migration (comparing row count and data)
As well, have a look at http://convertdb.com/mysql/oracle . It transfers 1 million records in about 6 min.
