OEM 11g login error with sys user.

I have two database in my local host. one is created with dbca and another is manually created.
i am not able to login ONLY with "sys" user in OEM 11g but i can login in sqlplus with the same user(only in database created manually ).

    OS version?
    DB version?.
    what error are you getting while login to manualy created db through OEM?
    i.e page not found or password error?

    If you trying to login using OEM... make sure you have the enterprise manager repository created for this manually created database and enterprise manager configured properly.

    If you have many databases running on the same host that are being managed by the enterprise manager, then each database has its own separate port number.

    Use the following commands
    emca -repos create

    Db version - 11.2.0.1.0 32bit
    Os version - win7 professional 64bit
    repo created after the installation , even i am able to login with sysman user and system user . problem is only with sys user.
    Error

    Your username and/or password are invalid . but with same user i can able to login sqlplus .

    login with sys user in sqlplus and issue below command

    sql> alter user sys identified by <password>;

    than try to login with OEM using new password.

    you are pointing correct OEM page?.i mean the manual db oem port??. check port number from $ORACLE_HOME/install/portlist.ini. and than try it.

    if i point some other point than how could i get login with sysman and system user ?
    anyway i checked its correct.

    just reconfigure your oem
    emca -deconfig dbcontrol db

    emca -config dbcontrol db

    and than try with sys user

    still its same... yesterday onwards i did thrice reconfigured but getting same problem only with SYS user , rest all user is working .

    Reconfigured finished Successfully ? what is the user status ? Are you sure you type correct password ?

    yes m giving correct pwd as i mentioned i am bale to login with the same in sqlplus . below is the log details :
