    export ORACLE_SID=+ASM
    export ORACLE_HOME=<grid home>
    sqlplus '/as sysasm'

    Try to manually mount diskgroups and check status of diskgroup resources:
    SQL> alter diskgroup all mount;

    I make all the disk groups are online by making AUTO_START parameter in diskgroup from never to always as follows

    $ crs_stat -p ora.ARCLOG.dg
    $ crsctl modify resource "ora.DATA.dg" -attr "AUTO_START=always"

    Thanks to all.

    $ crsctl modify resource "ora.DATA.dg" -attr "AUTO_START=always"
    Note that modifying "ora." resources with crsctl is not recommended.
