Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE): The server closed the connection without sending any data.
If you look at the software requirements in the Install Guide - http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E17781_01/install.112/e18803/toc.htm#CIHFEBGE - Windows Home version is not listed as supported OS. Therefore, you will have to troubleshoot this on your own, or use a supported OS listed in the guide
This problem can be caused by a variety of issues, including:
•Internet connectivity has been lost.
•The website is temporarily unavailable.
•The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable.
•The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the website's domain.
•There might be a typing error in the address.
•If this is an HTTPS (secure) address, click Tools, click Internet Options, click Advanced, and check to be sure the SSL and TLS protocols are enabled under the security section.
As noted above, you are installing on an OS version that is not certified (Win 7 Home 64-bit) - the software is meant to be installed on a 32-bit OS. Check the install log ( see Step 12 at http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E17781_01/install.112/e18803/toc.htm#CIHHJEHF ) for any errors - if there are no errors, you will have to use a supported OS version
