          This is an unreplicated ZFS configuration that looks like something really bad happened. I see checksum errors on 2 of the devices in this pool. If any part of the data is corrupted, then ZFS cannot recover because there are no additional copies of
          the data. Do you know what happened? I would check these sources to see what went wrong:

          # zpool status -v
          # fmadm faulty
          # fmdump
          # fmdump -eV

          Is this hardware RAID? If so, then I would use those tools to see what happened to these devices?
