Just create a validation, select the tabular form in the wizard, the make it a PL/SQL on the Tabular Form Row with code like column1 >= column2

Sorry, but all my tries fail.
Should I use column aliases or column headings?
Error Error processing validation. ORA-06550: line 1, column 29: PLS-00201: identifier '_COLUMN_ALIAS_' must be declared ORA-06550: line 1, column 7: PL/SQL: Statement ignored
Can you give me a step by step example?
Sorry, You just need to add : in front of your column names in the validation to make them bind variables.
The error will then display correctly, giving your error message and the row(s) ion which the error occurred.
:COLUMN1 > :COLUMN2
Thank you very much.
This helped me.
I know this is an old post, but I'm trying to do the same thing and can't get it to work using :COLUMN1 <= :COLUMN2. I should definitely be using Tabular Form Row, PL/SQL expression, and using the database field names not the column headers, correct? Any other suggestions?
I'm using Apex 4.2 by the way.
Thanks for your help.
