Presumably everything is installed on one WebLogic server instance (i.e. the Admin Server) and 7001 is the port for that?

I assume WebLogic is up - have you tried going to [http://localhost:7001/console] to see if you get the login page? Another thing that always catches me out on Windows is whether its firewall is blocking ports - if possible I switch it off on a work network since even when I think I've configured it to allow certain traffic I still seem to have problems (probably my lack of Windows expertise!).

Good luck and let us know how you get on!

Hi thanks for taking out time !!
Yes every thing is configured on port 7001.

Yes I am able to see login page at [http://localhost:7001/console] as i can see it on browser I think this port should be open in the windows right ?

Yes, that sounds like a useful test. I don't know - could it be a user account issue perhaps (i.e. are you testing logged in as the same user as the Oracle installer is running as)? It's not connecting over HTTPS so it's not a SSL/CA certificate issue. Or does the server have multiple NICs or IPv6 that is somehow affecting the connection? (did you follow all the pre-reqs/Release Notes to the letter?) Otherwise, if no-one else comments, I suspect you might just have to raise an SR and see what Oracle Support say. If you don't have support maybe it would be worth trying in a big VM running Oracle Linux instead...
