    Dynamically provide access to the user for an Apex application

      Hi,
      Based on the user department can the access to an apex application be provided to the user dynamically ?

          Perhaps using LDAP authentication might be what you are after -- in which case, I'd say yes.. but I think we'll need more details with regards to what you're after. Maybe you mean: they could "try to log in" (if new) and then your application would create them as an "application" user and/or walk them through creating an account, in conjunction with a custom authentication scheme?

            This is a basic authorization question. The first thing a user has to do is to authenticate. If the authentication is successfull then the authorization has to check if this user belongs to the spedified department. If not, an authorization error will be raised.

            Asking question in the way you do is a bad practice. You should provide much more details related to your question.
