A lot of locations block those file/image shareing sites. I normally don't even try to look at them, but this time I did, and it looked to me as if the message was pretty self-explanatory. It gave you two very explicit commands to issue.

Thanks for your attention dear EdStevens.
i executed The commands. but another error happened:

The OracleDBConsoleorcl service could not be started.
A service specific error occurred: 2.

when i disabled my network card i could Run the service. but how can run the service with active network?
if you can give me a little help about it i will appreciate.

and where you guys upload your images?

I'm afraid error messages don't happen in a vacuum. Why not show me the actual, full, exact command and the actual, full, exact response? Copy and paste is an amazing technology. All the best DBAs are using it these days.

We don't upload images because we do most of our work at a command line, where we can copy and paste the text. Even if we use GUI tools for day-to-day work, when it comes down to isolating a problem the first thing we do is simplify by eliminating the GUI tool. Now, that is not always possible, like in the case of an installation problem where you are in OUI, or in DBCA. But even then, a lot of times it's possible to select and copy error messages out of the GUI. If not, well, I've been known to meticulously transcribe text from a GUI window ...
