You are getting error Archived redo log header corrupted on standby side.
        2. Start MRP (Media Recovery Process) Redo Apply process
R: I start the MRP process but only manually copy of archivelogs are applied.
When the copy are made by Dataguard process the recovery process stop and I can check the DGMGRL :

If you are not registered then, RMP is not applied manually copied archived logs.
Redo Apply stopped because archived redo is corrupted.
Did you using broker managed data guard? DGMGRL starting Redo Apply process automatically if database is restarted and is not
        stopped manually with SQLPlus.

What's is strange is the standby is recreated with success, the problem is with some issue during the file transfer .....

At the Standby site you should have or add STANDBY Redo Logs . not the normal (Online) Redo Logs.

Query V$STANDBY_LOG to see if they are present.

If they don't exist, create them with ALTER DATABASE ADD STANDBY LOGFILE '..path' SIZE 'size'

                Hi,

If you want real time apply on standby database you must add Standby Redo Log (SRL) files on standby database.
SRL size must be equal (recommend equality) or greater than Online Redo Log (ORL) size of primary database and
count of SRL equal ORL count + 1. Only one member enough for SRL group. Don't create multi member SRL for standby database.

You can check log file size from
                 select group#, bytes from  v$log;

First you must check, if redo log group is created. Don't create again.
If you are using RMAN Duplicate command, RMAN automatically create ORL and if you added SRL befor duplicatation, then RMAN also duplicate SRL files.

You are adding ORL with this command.
