    Web PLSQL in R12

      All

We are planning out R12 re-implementation soon. We have several UIs built in Web PLSQL. We understand that the same is not supported in R12. However, we are planning to do a PoC by installing an external Oracle Application Server 10g instance running mod_plsql, connect it to the Release 12 instance, and run your PL/SQL code there. My question is,

What all infrastructure will be required to get the PoC done?
Will there be any licencing issues?
Does it have to be a Oracle Application Server 10g? Are there any specifics around this?

      Thanks

It depends on what components you are planning to use -- http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/ias/documentation/index.html

You will need a separate license for Oracle AS10g (as a standalone) -- Please contact your Oracle sales representative for details about the license.
