After upgrading Oracle BI from 184.108.40.206 to 220.127.116.11, I have a problem with the Administration Tool. I'm adding a new application role from the EM, then I'm starting Administration Tool / Manage / Identity -> Action / Synchronize Application Roles. Unfortunately, the newly added role does not appear in the list. What is the problem?
we've tried to synchronize application rooles from Administration Tool, but without any positive results. List of application rooles in EM/bifoundation_domain is different from a list in Administration Tool/Identity Manager/Application Roles. There aren't any errors in bifoundation_domain logs, but in weblogic domain logs we have many erros with the same description:
"Failed to get WLS users.". What could be the reason?
PS User filter settings affects only 'Users' card: if I set user fileter to "*", I see all users from LDAP provider, but this setting doesn't affect to Application Roles card...
