Interesting: I tried to access the download for Downloadable Replay and it asked for a password. Now (another PC/OS/Browser) I can download the file.
I will try again tomorrow from work.
me again, now from my workplace.
When I access https://oracleevents.webex.com/oracleevents/ldr.php?AT=pb&SP=MC&rID=74974182&rKey=53d2665ba32ba2ab I get
Input Recording PasswordThis happens on XP with FF 20.0.1 (portable)
To view this recording, type the recording password that you were given, then click OK.
Same PC now using IE 8: I get the page to install an ActiveX Control (Cannot do it, because it is not allowed at work).
Seems to be an oddity of WebEx.
I have not received any similar reports from anyone else nor have I been able to reproduce the problem. Whether you choose to download the file or replay streaming, you will need to install the appropriate player. If you do not have permissions to do that then it won't be worth going much further. You may want to consider contacting their Support for help.1 person found this helpful
I didn't know that I have to install a player (some webcasts use simple Flash player), but it is not a problem, I will watch it at home.
