    Looks like Port No = 9810 is already in use by any other program, try to identify that and close it so that BI can pick that.

    If helps mark

    I am trying to grep the process on the given port using -

    netstat -an |grep 9810 , but it is giving -

    tcp 0 0 172.21.157.75:1521 172.21.161.93:49810 ESTABLISHED
    tcp 0 0 :::9810 :::* LISTEN
    tcp 0 0 ::ffff:127.0.0.1:9810 ::ffff:127.0.0.1:34242 TIME_WAIT
    tcp 0 0 ::ffff:127.0.0.1:9810 ::ffff:127.0.0.1:34228 TIME_WAIT
    tcp 0 0 ::ffff:127.0.0.1:9810 ::ffff:127.0.0.1:34266 TIME_WAIT
    tcp 0 0 ::ffff:127.0.0.1:9810 ::ffff:127.0.0.1:34253 TIME_WAIT
    tcp 0 0 ::ffff:127.0.0.1:9810 ::ffff:127.0.0.1:34248 TIME_WAIT
    tcp 0 0 ::ffff:127.0.0.1:9810 ::ffff:127.0.0.1:34234 TIME_WAIT
