I have performed the below steps:
Enter user-name: / as sysdba
Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition
SQL> shutdown abort;
ORACLE instance shut down.
SQL> startup nomount;
ORACLE instance started.
Total System Global Area 1071333376 bytes
Fixed Size 1375792 bytes
Variable Size 671089104 bytes
Database Buffers 394264576 bytes
Redo Buffers 4603904 bytes
SQL> alter database mount;
SQL> alter database open;
alter database open
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kcratr_nab_less_than_odr1], , , , , , , , , , ,

well.... that's happend when you follow bad advices ... why did you "shutdown abort"? because %bala% told you?......
For the next time, shutdown abort is the last option, first of all try to know what is happening.
Now go to My Oracle Support and check:
ORA-600/ORA-7445/ORA-700 Error Look-up Tool [ID 153788.1]
If you don't get the correct answer open a new SR.
