      2,When initiated sqlplus in server.
3,If i connected from toad or sql devloper to database, one OS process created/Am i right?.
      4,Any OS process.

What are the files created?Where is it created?

That's a pretty broad and vague question. And given "when a process started at OS level", one that is highly OS dependent.
Perhaps you could be a bit more specific about exactly what you are looking for.

            Catch-22
There is no general answer. It depends on application and configuration. It also depends whether or not the access to the database it remote or local, e.g. BEQ protocol. The information you are requesting as such may not exist. You may have more luck receiving some help if you can explain what you are troubleshooting or trying to accomplish.

This is the linux forum, and the question indicates Oracle processes.
You might want to read the concepts guide: http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E11882_01/server.112/e25789/process.htm#i16977
