How to make Apex make a sound?

I have a set of processes that run when a page is submitted. They can take a while to complete. I'd like for the final process to make a sound when it's finished so that the user can have an audible cue of the completion. How can this be done?

Thanks,
Kim

    Add audio tag to load your file in a apex region.
    //you can replace this with your audio file
    <audio id="soundHandle9" src="#WORKSPACE_IMAGES#beep-8.wav" style="display: none;"></audio>
    Edit your page > JavaScript > Execute when Page Loads
    //you can wrap this in a javascript function and play only when your conditions are met
    soundHandle9.play();
    See this example http://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?p=46417:29

    See http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_audio.asp

    I take it that Apex doesn't have any native sounds, like a generic "bell" that can be sounded when the app user's attention needs to be attained. Correct?
