local yum repository doesn't provide security updates as registered system

Hi,
I have setuped a local repository (because all my servers doesn't have access to internet), using the following procedure :

this local yum reposirity show with up2date --show-channel
[root@zy1lap201pr distrib]# up2date --show-channel

my repository is populated with (167283.sh) but when I setup a server to use it,
1) yum repolist on the target server show me

the ol5_x86_64_latest containt 2918 on the yum repository, and 11334 on the registered server


both servers are 2.6.39-400.17.2.el5uek


My goal is to be able to run a yum --security update on a server using my local repository as well a a subscribed server can do
