Import VirtualBox OVA file to OVM 3.2.2

I export VM from VirtualBox as OVA. Import the OVA to OVM as an assembly. Create VM Template from OVA. Edit the template to include network and boot sequence. Clone a VM from the template. When I start the VM in OVM, the VM runs for about 30 seconds and then shuts down. Has anyone run across this problem?

The details of the OVA you are attempting to import would be useful.

Your issues more than likely are the result of the GRUB configuration. Rescue boot may be required.

Reference "OVM 3.0.3 import VirtualBox OVM Manager 3.0.3 OVA template",

I have had success importing VirtualBox images of OEL 6.4, but I am unable to import Solaris 11 VMs to OVM. When I import a Solaris 11 VM, the grub menu comes up. I select Solaris 11 and press enter. The OS begins to boot and progresses through to this point:

    SunOS Release 5.11 Version 11.1 64-bit
Copyright (c) 1983, 2012, Oracle and/or its affiliates. All rights reserved.

It is at this point that console window in OVM goes black and OVM registers the shutdown of the VM. I have not been able to get the VM to boot any further through the sequence.

Can you give me some grub configuration changes to try?
