++When logging into EPM workspace and selects performance scorecard application it is throwing the below configuration error
Welcome to Performance Scorecard. The application is currently not operational. This may be for several reasons (e.g. routine maintenance, upgrades, etc.). Please contact your Performance Scorecard Administrator for information on when the application will be restored to use.
Connected database version (188.8.131.52.0.4973) is not equal to current application version (184.108.40.206.0.0). You must upgrade the database.
Recently we did schema refesh and after restarting the HPS services it is throwing this error.
Please help to solve this error
did u any perform any upgrade tasks. because in the error, it is showing to upgrade version to 220.127.116.11?
To upgrade database version, we can use Upgrade from the Previous version option in EPM configuration.
Otherwise, we can upgrade scripts in 18.104.22.168 version to upgrade the Database version.
