    Framework using annotations and metadata ( human readable format) for test

    meandmycode
      Hi,

      I am not sure where to ask this question so I take the chance here where there are a lot of experienced java developers.

      We plan to use our own annotations with metadata in human readable form.
      E.g. want to be able to run testcases that supports a specif platform.

      @Condition (<Platform>;<Release> .....){
      @Test
      public void myTest(){

      }

      Is there a framework that supports this kind of testing ( where you can use some kind of human readable metadata.

      br,

          It just doesn't work that way.

          Your way of working: make up random requirements, then ask the darkness around you if 'something' exists that supports any of it

          The way you should work: compile a list of available solutions, examine their capabilities, then make use of the tools available to you to get the work done

          So start with research and then go into implementation details, Not the other way around. If you do that you'll find that your future endeavors will require far less non-specific and vague questions in forums.
