Let us say voting disk is on asm , where asm is in turn made of san disk , so each node should access the SAN via network right , which network will be used to check the disk heartbeat ( checking whether node can access the votindisk ).

Network is a wide wide word.
so, if you use network also in your storage network, you need then, separate all the networks.
You will have the LAN or Public Network , where VIP, public, Scan, listener will move the traffic
you will have the private interconnect network, were priv and the interconnect traffic (between nodes)will move
And off course, you will have some form of shared storage, we can call it, storage network.
per your last comment, you ask, if you have ASM disks over san, each node will read that disk using the san network.
Let us say voting disk is on asm , where asm is in turn made of san disk , so each node should access the SAN via network right
it will depend on how the servers are connect to the storage
typical storage are HBA Fiber Channel cards
Some new storages use iSCSI,and for network segregation, it should be on a separate network
that's something your Unix Admin and the Network guy can answer easily
other system will have InfiniBand, so a separate network
If you share what you want to do, or if you provide information on why are you investigating this, we can be way more helpful.
