Does the batch run if you use Serial processing?
I think it is a permissions problem. Have you checked to ensure that the fdm service account has full access to the FDM share.
I received the same error message for both Serial and Parallel processing. The batch files were removed from the OpenBatch folder (to a newly created folder with unique name) but no data were imported to the locations...
user10757003 - You mean access right to the FDM data folder? Actually I did not install FDM in the beginning... how do we usually check the access control for the FDM service account to the FDM share? Thanks!

Check that the FDM Service account has full read\write Share and NTFS permissions to the application folder directory:
a) Choose <Add Application> at the login form and login
b) Highlight the application in the list and choose "Modify"
c) The Application path will be displayed.
Make sure that the UNC Path is valid, that the you can reach it, and that the Application Folder Name matches the name of the application.
Thank you very much for all of your reply. This issue has bee resolved earlier and I just want to share what we have done and close this post.
Per my IT team, the FDM task manager wasn't set up correctly for the batch loader to run. Therefore,
1. we needed to set up the FDM task manager again;
For the file name, as we would like to use the custom description for the Period (e.g Q1 - 2012), therefore
2. we needed to turn on the "Allows custom description in period." setting (in Admin --> Configuration); and
3. put spaces between Q1 - 2012 in the file name for batch loading (e.g. we cannot put <version>_<location>_<category>_Q1-2012_<RR>.txt, needs to be <version>_<location>_<category>_Q1 - 2012_<RR>.txt)
The batch loader is now working properly.
