The column already contains a URL? Just override the Data Format for that column to Treat Text As: HyperText link.

This works fine however ideally I would like to display some different text for the link.
So currently in my column I get the link itself (which works) however I would instead like it to say (for example) "Click here to view XXXX". And ideally open in a new window. I tried setting the format to "Treat as link" and then to custom, modified the format in there to:
@[html]"<a href=""@H"" target=""_blank"">Click here to view</a>"
But that then the target just ends up being "@H". Even if I don't make any changes and just select link then custom, it still does the same.
Scrap the above!
Managed to get this working using:
@[html]"<a href='"@"' target="_blank">Click here to view</a>"
