    Routing not working as expected

      Hi Folks,

       

      Having an issue

       

      It seems pretty simple to setup and may well be but ATM causing me a lot of grief, am not able to figure out what exactly is wrong with the setup given below, routing is simply not working. Any assistance appreciated.

       

      Setup is


      2 VMs in Oracle Virtualbox running OL6 each, 2 different n/w, am just trying to get these 2 n/w's to talk to each other. Details are below.
