A failed prom flash will turn your system into a brick. That is far beyond what can be helped by posting to a user-community online forum.
If you have the credentials to get the flash patch from MOS, then you have sufficient service contract credentials to open a Support Request (SR) with the company.
Go log a SR and get accurate and proper help.

I think you only have two choices (other than dumping the box into a recycling shredder then buying a replacement).
You can purchase support on the chassis or you can contact your vendor for help.
