cron uses a restricted shell that doesn't use user and system environment. You should add your variables in the command that you start in cron.
I have the following command
How do I add the JAVA_HOME variable into it?
I don't know if bin/groovy is a script or not. But if this is not the case, you can still create a script that will set JAVA_HOME and then start the command you mentionned.
