Likely the database was 'reset' (ie Oracle created a new incarnation), and the old redolog files are no longer relevant.
To be sure you should query v$logfile in the new database to see where your online redologs are.
Temp files are unimportant.
To be sure you should query dba_temp_files in the new database to see where they are.

Yes, I checked with v$logfile,dba_temp_files and other views also ...and all are pointing to 11.2 (upgrade database) new "oradata" location. But one question here when they moved all dbfs,ctl to new location then why not moved redo and temp. This seems it creates new redo and tempfiles during upgarde.
If you can explain me then it would help me to understand better.
Also think about the fact, that during the hot backups we dont backup redo and temp.
