Ok, very crude solution:
insert a new class in se.company.internal that has a public static method returning a DraHw instance.
Or slightly less crude, make a wrapper class that is a 1:1 replacement for the DraHw class, except having a public constructor.
How would that 1:1 one class look like?

However do you in fact actually need to? And if you do that are you breaking the design of the other app? Obviously there is in fact a way to create the class so perhaps you should study that first to insure that there is not some designed way to do what you want.

I REALLY suggest that you look at the original design again.
if you knew enough Java to have an actual need for it, you'd know that already.
As you don't, we can only assume that you are trying to use something incorrectly, adjust your design and expectations.
