@LIST(A1,A2,A3) will give you those members. @LIST
@IDESCENDANTS(A) will give you A, A1, A2 and A3 @IDESCENDANTS
@DESCENDANTS(A) will give you A1, A2 and A3 @DESCENDANTS
@REMOVE(@IDESCENDENTS(A),A3) will give you A, A1 and A2 @REMOVE
