You are not alone: I've been getting this problem as well.
It's as visible as your reply to https://forums.oracle.com/thread/2556149
It might be visible to you, but I still can't see it. It's not just my reply either. That thread's now saying "10 Replies Latest reply: 03-Jul-2013 06:40 by BillyVerreynne", but I can't see anything beyond the first seven posts.
I am afflicted with IE, since it's a work PC, but browser choice should't matter, should it?
Is this one of those "features" that I'm supposed to be embracing instead of whining about?
Hmm, strange. I see all 10 of them, including Billy's reply.
Chris, I saw you posting yesterday (calling shenanigans on it) - and thought it was an apt call to make.
I read it again today, saw the new posting to the thread and decided to respond to it (and your post was still visible when I responded).
Could be a potential browser issue...can you perhaps install Firefox/Chrome and see if there is a difference? Will help in isolating the problem.
Also check if Quirks Mode is enabled in IE. I have run into some weird issues with my Apex development (doing a lot of custom JQuery stuff) with IE - that went mostly away when I used Quirks Mode.
Sadly, I'm not allowed to install a decent browser on this PC. If I find time, I'll try again when I get home. I have tried using Chrome on my mobile to view it, with the same result.
I suspect the problem is being caused by some table markup that I brought across when I cut & pasted from the original Oracle article, but I can't do anything about it if I can't see the post!
Incidentally, I get the same problem whether or not I'm logged in to the forum system.
Just tried it at home on Chrome. No dice. Seriously weird error.
