ok. i'm new in data mining. I was trying to do the tutorial on Data Mining from the Oracle website.
Link of the tutorial: Using Oracle Data Miner 11g R2
I run classification model and I have created table for the results.
The last point of the tutorial before the summary, it stated that the table contents can be displayed using any
Oracle application or tools, such as Oracle Application Express, Oracle BI Answers, Oracle BI Dashboards, and so on.
So, I wanted to display the results in Oracle BI Dashboards/Answers.
Can I do so if I log in the SQL developer and BI dashboard with different username?
If you right click on the Table Node -> Go to Properties. You will find out the name of the table. usually the name of the table is the name of the node.
So If you connect to the DATA BASE using any tool you can access the table
Select * from OUTPUT_1_3;
Not sure if only DMUSER ( the user that u used to created the model ) is the only one with access to the table or not. I believe so.
Let me know if that help
Axel noted that lots of ODMr results can be generated as tables/views.
This makes them accessible to OBIEE.
To create a dashboard using these results requires using OBIEE directly.
See link below for details about Oracle's midtier BI technologies:
We are looking at potential tighter integration in the future, so once you have more exposure to OBIEE and mining, let us know if you have any use cases that are worth tighter integration.
